At Koreanbeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including the original packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
